2025 - IBEW LOCAL 46 REQUEST FOR GRANT RELIEF FORM  - (FOR FUNDED & UNFUNDED JOBS)

 2025 - PENINSULA SMALL WORKS UNFUNDED SCALE

A Grant Request must be sent in from contractors WHO ARE signatories with IBEW Local 46,
and those who wish to receive A grant for a job, whether IT IS for monetary compensation or not, before winning the job.

The Grant Request must be requested AT LEAST 48 hours in advance of bid time -  (weekends and holidays do not apply)

and be on file with IBEW Local 46 AND ARE ONLY VALID FOR 60 DAYS.ALL BOXES MUST BE FILLED IN.

* FUNDED GRANT EXTENSION FORm AND * UNFUNDED GRANT EXTENSION FORM

Due to the new policies in place,

We will REQUIRE an Extension Request within 24 hrs before the grant’s expiration date.

We will not notify you to submit a Grant Extension Request, nor will you be notified that the Grant has expired. THE EXPIRATION DATE information is sent within the email containing the Grant.

If the Grant Extension request is not made, the Grant will expire automatically, and there is no obligation from our office to notify your company to submit a new extension once it expires.

Additionally,

If the Grant DOES expire, there is no obligation, nor is there any guarantee that a Grant will be available.
And if so, it may or may not match the original Grant amount PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED.

JOB WON NOTIFICATION FORM

THIS FORM must be sent in from the contractor who applied for a grant (funded or unfunded) on a job, has then
won the job, and wishes to receive the grant applied to that job, whether for monetary compensation or not.

When your company wins the job, please notify us when you start the project.
